1. Our Commitment & Policy Overview

At Vexora Wholesale INC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and a transparent purchasing experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through our website, www.vexorawholesale.com.

It is imperative that you read and understand this policy thoroughly before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

General Stance on Final Sale: Please be advised that all sales are final once an order is confirmed and payment is processed. We operate on a strict no-cancellation, no-modification, and generally no-refund basis. Returns or refunds will only be considered under the specific, limited circumstances explicitly outlined in this document, namely for products with a major, verifiable quality defect that existed upon receipt.

2. General Guidelines & Eligibility Criteria

For any request to be considered, it must meet the following strict criteria. Requests that do not satisfy all these conditions will be declined.

Condition Requirements: The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and uninstalled condition. It must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, which must be intact and undamaged. All tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and any included components must be present and attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for all requests. This must be the original sales receipt or invoice issued by Vexora Wholesale INC, showing the date of purchase, product(s) purchased, and the price paid. We cannot process any request without this documentation.

Timeframe: All requests for returns or claims for defective items must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are explicitly excluded from return or refund eligibility. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."
  • Opened software, electronics, or items where the serial number has been tampered with or removed.
  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • Any product not in its original packaging or that is missing components.

3. Initiation Process: Step-by-Step

Under no circumstances should you ship an item back to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the receiving dock and will not be processed or returned to you.

To initiate a request, you must:

1. Contact Our Team: Within the 14-day window, you must contact our Customer Service team to describe the issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is a mandatory first step.

2. Provide Information: In your communication, you must provide:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • The product name and quantity you wish to return.
  • A detailed description and evidence of the issue (see Section 4).

3. Receive RMA Instructions: If your request is preliminarily approved, our team will issue a unique RMA number and provide specific shipping instructions. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return shipping box. Packages received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection in our fulfillment process, but errors can occur. If you receive an item that is visibly damaged from shipping, is materially defective, or is the incorrect item, please follow the initiation process above and be prepared to provide the following:

Photo/Video Evidence: You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs or a video that clearly shows:

  • The exterior shipping box and any visible damage to it.
  • The interior product packaging and any damage.
  • The product itself from multiple angles, clearly highlighting the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.
  • The included packing slip for reference.

This evidence is crucial for our assessment and for any claims we may make with our shipping carriers.

Assessment & Resolution: Once the authorized return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will determine, at our sole discretion, the appropriate resolution.

  • For verified major defects or our errors (wrong item shipped): We will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds for defective items do not include the original shipping cost.
  • For items damaged in transit: Resolution is contingent upon the approval of our claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with the carrier to determine liability.

5. Refund Process (If Approved)

Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period (typically 5-10 business days) after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account, or via alternative methods like wire transfer or cash.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In cases where a return is approved but the item is not in its original condition (e.g., missing packaging), we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product's value from the refund amount.

6. Important Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Marketplace Selling Restrictions: We are a wholesale distributor. We are not responsible for any restrictions on selling items on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other online marketplace. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the products they buy comply with the terms of service, gating policies, and intellectual property rules of the platform on which they intend to sell. We do not guarantee the sell-through rate or profitability of any product.

Intellectual Property: We do not claim any Intellectual Properties (IP) of the products we offer. All copyrights, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners. The items may or may not be purchased directly from manufacturers, authorized distributors, wholesalers, closeout, or liquidation companies.

Product Information: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and specifications on our site, minor variations may occur. Slight differences in color, size, or packaging due to manufacturer changes do not constitute a material defect.

7. Policy Adjustments & Company Discretion

Vexora Wholesale INC reserves the unequivocal right to:

  • Modify, amend, or update the terms of this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
  • Decline any return or refund request that does not strictly meet the condition requirements outlined herein.
  • Determine the appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, refund, or denial) for any request on a case-by-case basis at our sole and absolute discretion.
  • Revoke return privileges for any customer who abuses this policy.
